   Around October 30th 2013 Evapes Et. Al., Et. Al. Meaning other parties to the action, started a lawsuit in what is to be believed as a way to damage the name and reputation of Stricknyneblends. Through what we believe were shady tactics of  attorney for  Evapes Et. AL. And Oval, made an agreement with Stricknyneblends attorney to not move forward and rushed into a court hearing without notifying Stricknyneblends legal counsel. At the same time this action was on going Fancee Juice attempted a lawsuit in their state in which their courts dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice meaning they could not and can not refile the lawsuit again. We do however question what the reasoning for the lawsuit was. Many have said it was a tactic used by OVAL to push Stricknyneblends out of business yet the ones going out of business are OVAL shops themselves. It is speculated that customers grew tired of OVAL shops administration of Vape Drama group on Facebook allowing the bashing of Stricknyneblends but trying to build a lawsuit for things Stricknyneblends stood up and said back.

    We have to find so far it has made it  to 2015 and Evapes Et. Al. Still refuses to put this lawsuit to rest but have claimed no factual damages. Their own paying members spoke up and stated Tracey Gore, wife of chairman and I believe felon for meth and burglary charges Sean Gore

As time has went on more uncovering has been done to bring to light the truth and even after SNB suffered massive damages through false claims made by OVAL members and petitioners.

Why would an organization allegedly fighting for vapers rights go after the most popular vape shop in Oklahoma? We know what their founding member shops had to gain. What did Stricknyneblends do to OVAL? IT has never been stated why the chairman decided it was best to use OVALS name in the lawsuit. Was this a ploy to attract more paying member to OVAL?

We have given them opportunity  after opportunity to settle the case and they refuse, their attorney claims they can't all agree. How does a group that can not all agree to leave a small mom and pop shop alone agree for what is best for vapers rights? Are they more interested in their own shops over vapers rights? Can the chairman legally petition for donations to their organization being a felon? Maybe call and report it to the Oklahoma state tax offices?

Either way we wanted to give our opinions on what is going on and see what our readers had to say about this David vs Goliath lawsuit and how they felt about shops grouping up to like lawsuits knowing they had lied in their petition.

EACH PETITIONER HAS REQUESTED $10,000.00 FROM WHAT WE BELIEVE IS FOR EACH THEMSELVES AND THEIR SHOPS. IT DOES SEEM ODD SOME HAVE CLOSED AND SOLD LOCATIONS SHORTLY AFTER TRYING TO OBTAIN A MONETARY AWARD FROM US IN COURT.
