First lets dive into premade boxes here.
Here we have a pre made dual 18650 box mod, not regulated, floating pin, acrylic, and magnetic back.
This has a built in sled for less wiring, no wires all tangled up and wires are in a safe compartment up top sealed off. Comes with a handy travel case at only $24.68 with a 90 day warranty.

Now we want to move into making a box mod. The first steps in making a box mod are figuring out what types of battery you want, dual single, 18650, 26650, series, parallel and then what type of box, firing switch, wiring and the 510. Wiring we suggest 16 gauge wire for less voltage drop and better handling of subohm, this will not protect your unit or switch, a MOSFET will protect your switch.
Lets go with sleds first,
These are your cheap sleds, found in many mods around, with these it is in my opinion to cut the existing wires and add a lower gauge wire. You may also need to add a drop of lead free soldier to the positive to make contact with flattops.

- Now these are protected sleds, a bit more pricey but well worth it and no work needs to be done to the sled it is ready to go. At $4.81 per sled Click >> HERE to buy<<
- Now lets get to 510 connections. This is where you will send your hot wire and ground and picking the right one means getting all attys to work or just some.
510 spring loaded heads for easy building but also virtually any atty will go on here that is 510, we know not all 510 lengths are created equal.
Pre Wired Hot wire, YES! Only $2.87 per piece >>>HERE<<<
Want a 30 watt chip, led display chip and on board charging for only $15.38 more CLICK >>HERE<<

Moving into MOSFET and regulated here are a few to consider.
Now the switch options, mosfet and box are all up to you, Google hammond for nice metal boxes, want magnetic look for rare earth magnets, wiring, walmarts, online, radio shack, momentart push button switches, mad vapes, radio shack, hobby shops.
